Vitamins and supplements are readily available in our supermarkets but don’t just rely on these to supplement fresh fruit and vegetables, these are a much better source natures goodness. Health stores will only be too willing to advise you on how you can achieve a happy balance. At least natural remedies are non addictive and therefore wont cause you any side effects or harm. Believe in yourself, make time for yourself and think positive. A negative attitude will only bring you down. If you keep thinking you have bad luck then so be it, that’s what will come your way. Think lucky and you will be lucky.
When you are not working or walking you need relaxation, it is essential that you wind down prior to sleeping. Otherwise this may cause you to have a broken nights sleep. Sleep is essential to cope with stress levels. Remember you are the most important person in your life.
